Rev. RM & Sister Margaret Warren invite everyone 55 years and over to join the
Radically Encouraging Adult Children at Heart (REACH) Ministry.
We meet once a quarter for fun, food, and fellowship where we receive encouragement from different guest speakers. We are reminded that God has no age limit on His children that He has called; and we, no matter what age, have a purpose to fulfill. We are valuable not only to the Southside Church of God, but to the Kingdom of God! Our goal is to be a vibrant, active example. Encouraging and supporting not only one another but the youth that are in our church today, who are the leaders of tomorrow. We hope and strive to shine as a physically, spiritually active, and supportive portion for the younger generations as we have already covered the ground they are now walking on. Yes, there are technological and other so-called "advances" that we may not completely understand, but what we do know is that God's word and love never changes. We understand it takes a village to form a much needed support group for our active younger parents and youth. We are striving to fill in the gaps and be the bridge that will hopefully help be the much needed glue to raise up an army that will continue to seek and work to reach others for Jesus until His return. If you are 55+, we would be thrilled to have you join us at our quarterly gatherings. Just be warned: we are not the faint at heart!
